True knowledge does not come about through consensus or popular belief, it comes from insight.
Insight is the way the heart speaks to the mind.

 

Truth is not what is convenient for you at any given moment.  Truth can not be given to you by someone else it cannot be followed through anothers footsteps and that is exactly why the Truth is so radical so fresh because it is only attained through the individual.
The unexamined the dormant aspects of ourselves are where this is found. Truth is the new frontier and it will not be known until you begin the search.

I just saw the movie Happy Feet, and yes it was pretty good but more importantly was the message. I find this theme in many of the modern animated movies the encroachment of man on the wild. This really brought it home for me the thought that every single one of my actions have a consequence. That consequence is maybe not seen or always known to me but there is an impact.
I left the movie feeling sad and inspired ( there may be a better word for that ) as I looked around the children also seemed sad but what scared me was the lack of inspiration in the parents. The dull almost blank looks the lack of reaction to what the children were feeling to what this movie was saying. As i walked into the parking lot I saw the sea of SUV's swearing that we are not acountable, while the feeling was swelling inside of me everything matters and it all makes a difference. I want us all to make a difference, but more importantly I am vowing that I will make a difference. Even if it goes unoticed, or I dont personally get to experience the benefits I will make a difference.
